Our candy flavor oils are just as potent and strong, they are not "extracts." They are not just "scent" as they are candy flavors oils first and foremost. Hard candy, hard tack candy, rock candy need a concentrated flavor. Bakers, Cooks, Bar Tenders, and Chefs prefer to use Candy Flavor Oil when possible because they hold up far better in heat applications than water based extracts. Some recipes must have only oil based flavor such as chocolate, whipped cream and other fats-this is the right page for those. These are very intense professional candy Candy Flavor Oils. We recommend usage at .05 to 1% Great for Candy. Use candy flavor oils to make hard candy, rock candy, fudge, gourmet Chocolates, to flavor Coffee Beans, to make taffy, pop designer popcorn, tea leaves and even lip balm and body care products. *Very potent oils. For designer popcorn (using the oil to pop kernels') candy apple, caramel apple, cherry cordial, and white chocolate are popular picks. Most gourmet popcorn makers are using the flavor in the candy coating part. Your flavor choice will depend on if your coating is chocolate (oil based) or sugar (can use oil or water based.) Candy makers, using a sugar base can use oil based or water based. |

How to embellish beverage glass rims with Candy Flavor Oil: Dilute the flavor oil with a carrier oil. Then simply pour the Candy Flavor Oil into a carrier oil and onto a dish and dip the rim of the glass into the Candy Flavor Oil. Then dip rim onto a plate with various sugars/salts and/or small edible torn petals. We do not recommend olive oil as the flavor is too succinct. |
